OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
Open to residents of Canada
By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Official Contest Rules & Regulations (the "Official Rules'). The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with OK Tire, New Era, Chilly Moose, or Sirius XM Canada Inc. ("SiriusXM Canada') ( OK Tire, New Era, Chilly Moose and SiriusXM Canada collectively defined as the "Prize Providers'). You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to the Prize Providers. The Prize Provider(s) are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to the Prize Provider(s).
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Old Dutch Kick to Win Competition (the "Contest') is sponsored by Old Dutch Foods Ltd. (the "Sponsor'). The Contest begins at 03:00:00 PM ET on July 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 25, 2025 (the "Contest Period'). To participate and be eligible to win the Round 3 Prize (see rule 5.IV), eligible entrants (see rule 2) must be able to participate at the applicable games (the "Game') (see rule 13) on the applicable dates.
- ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, an entrant (the "Entrant' or "you') must, at the time of entry, be a legal resident of Canada who: (A) has reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence; (B) must be able to attend and participate in the Competition at the game location(s) (see rule 13) for a chance to win the Round 3 Prize (see rule 5.IV); (C) is not an employee, a representative or agent of the Sponsor, CFL, or of its respective affiliated and related companies, franchisees, advertising or promotion agencies, dealers, or an immediate family member of, or a person domiciled with, any of the above. In these Official Rules, "immediate family members' means the Entrant's mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter and legal or common-law spouse, as applicable; and (D) is not a current or former professional or semi-professional football or soccer player or football or soccer coach in any capacity. In these Official Rules, "professional' means an individual who is or has been paid to play or coach, or a current or former college or university football or soccer player or coach.
- CONTEST OVERVIEW & HOW TO ENTER: In order to be selected as a competitor (the "Competitor') in the Kick to Win Competition (the "Competition') (see rule 12), Entrants must first enter the Contest through the Contest Website (see below) for a chance to win the Competition Prize (see rule 5.i). To enter the Contest, visit kicktowincontest.ca (the "Contest Website') and complete the entry form with your full name, your province of residence, your postal code, a valid telephone number and a valid email address; check the box to confirm compliance with these Official Rules; and indicate whether you would like to receive information about future promotions and new products from the Sponsor (optional). Next, click the enter button and if deemed eligible based on the eligibility requirements set out in rule 3, you will receive one (1) contest entry (the "Entry') into the Competition Prize draw for your applicable region (see rule 5.I).
- ENTRIES: Limit of one (1) Entry per person per day throughout the Contest Period. A day is defined as starting at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 pm (ET) the same day. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Contest. Any person who is found to have entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or who has submitted more than the number of Entries permitted by these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, misdirected, garbled or incomplete Entries, which will be void. Proof of posting an Entry is not proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 25, 2025 (the "Contest Close Date').
- PRIZES & BONUS REWARDS: There are a total of four (4) competition prizes (each a "Competition Prize'), two (2) round 1 prizes (each a "Round 1 Prize'), one (1) round 2 prize (the "Round 2 Prize'), one (1) round 3 prize (the "Round 3 Prize') for a total of up to eight (8) prizes available to be won in the Contest. There are four (4) bonus rewards (each a "Bonus Reward') available to be awarded to the Competitors consisting of two (2) round 1 bonus reward (each a "Round 1 Bonus Reward'), one (1) round 2 bonus reward (the "Round 2 Bonus Reward') and one (1) round 3 bonus reward (the "Round 3 Bonus Reward').
- COMPETITION PRIZES: There are four (4) Competition Prizes available to won consisting of two (2) Competition Prizes for the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba and the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut (the "Western Region') and two (2) Competition Prizes for the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador (the "Eastern Region').The Western Region and the Eastern Region are also referred to as a "Region' and collectively as the "Regions'. Each Competition Prize consists of the opportunity to compete in Round 1 in the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 12.i). The two (2) Western Region winners of the Competition Prize (each a "Western Competition Prize Winner') will each (i) receive one (1) customized Kick to Win "Chilly Moose 55L Wheeled Explorer' filled with Old Dutch chips with a total approximate retail value of $590 (CAD); (ii) receive two (2) tickets to the CFL Final regular season Winnipeg Blue Bombers home Game on October 25, 2025 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and (iii) compete in round 1 for the Western Region of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 11.i) during halftime. The two (2) Eastern Region winners of the Competition Prizes (each a "Eastern Competition Prize Winner') will each (i) receive one (1) customized Kick to Win "Chilly Moose 55L Wheeled Explorer' filled with Old Dutch chips with a total approximate retail value of $590 (CAD); (ii) receive two (2) tickets to the CFL Final regular season Hamilton Tiger-Cats home Game on October 24, 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario and (iii) compete in round 1 for the Eastern Region of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 12.i) during halftime. See rule 6 and 8 for "additional prize details' below for additional details on transportation, hotel accommodation, and guest details included in the Competition Prize. The Competition Prize Winners must compete in Round 1 of the Kick to Win Competition to receive the Competition Prize. The approximate retail value ("ARV') of each Competition Prize is $ 4,190.00 (CAD).
- ROUND 1 PRIZE & ROUND 1 BONUS REWARD: The Western Region Round 1 winner and the Eastern Region Round 1 winner (see rule 11.i) will each receive two (2) tickets to the CFL Western Semi-Finals game on November 1, 2025 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan and will be competing in Round 2 of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 11.ii). See rule 6 and 8 for "additional prize details' below for additional details on transportation, hotel accommodation, and guest details included in the Round 1 Prize. The approximate retail value of each Round 1 Prize is $3,600.00 (CAD).
There are two (2) Round 1 Bonus Rewards, each with a total ARV of $8,000.00 CAD available to be awarded to each of the Round 1 Defeated Competitors (defined below). The Round 1 Competitor for each region (1 Western Region Competitor and 1 Eastern region Competitor) who did not win and does not proceed to Round 2 (the "Round 1 Defeated Competitor') will each receive a Round 1 Bonus Reward consisting of (i) a $2,000.00 credit to OK Tire; (ii) a $2,000.00 online credit to Chilly Moose; (iii) a New Era Round 1 reward with a total ARV of $2,000.00 (CAD) consisting of: two (2) Kick to Win branded Jerseys, four (4) Old Dutch branded 970s hats, two (2) CFL Replica jerseys for a CFL team as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor, a $600 shopping spree for New Era products at the CFL team store as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor (the "New Era Shopping Spree'), and two (2) tickets to a 2026 regular season CFL game to the CFL Team as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor; and (iv) one (1) SiriusXM Canada All-Access Pass with a total ARV of $2,000.00 (CAD) consisting of: 12 months free of SiriusXM's All Access (App only) streaming service and one (1) pair of 2026 CFL Season Tickets to the CFL Team as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor. For greater clarity: the Western Region Round 1 winner and the Eastern Region Round 1 winner will NOT be awarded the Round 1 Bonus Reward.
- ROUND 2 PRIZE & ROUND 2 BONUS REWARD: The Round 2 Winner (see rule 11.ii) will receive two (2) tickets to the CFL Western Final game on November 8, 2025 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan and will be competing in Round 3 of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 11.iii). The approximate retail value of the Round 2 Prize is $ 3,600.00 (CAD). See rule 6 and 8 for "additional prize details' below for additional details on transportation, hotel accommodation, and guest details included in the Round 1 Prize. The Round 2 competitor who did not win Round 2 (the "Round 3 Alternate') will receive: (i) one (1) ticket to the CFL Western Final game on November 8, 2025 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan; (ii) hotel accommodations for the Round 3 Alternate for two (2) nights for check in the day before the applicable Game and check out the day after the applicable Game; (iii) transportation for the Round 3 Alternate to/from the Round 3 Alternate's residence in the form of one (1) round trip economy airfare from a major Canadian Airport closest to the Round 3 Alternate's place of residence to the Game Location OR ground transportation in lieu of air transportation for the Round 3 Alternate if the Round 3 Alternate resides within 350 kilometers from the applicable Game.
There is one (1) Round 2 Bonus Reward with a total ARV of $12,000.00 CAD available to be awarded to the Round 2 Defeated Competitor (defined below). The Round 2 Competitor who did not win and does not proceed to Round 3 (the "Round 2 Defeated Competitor') will receive a Round 2 Bonus Reward consisting of: (i) a $3,000.00 credit to OK Tire; (ii) a $3,000 online credit to Chilly Moose; (iii) a New Era Round 2 reward with a total ARV of $3,000.00 (CAD) consisting of two (2) Kick to Win branded Jerseys, four (4) Old Dutch branded 970s hats, four (4) CFL Replica jerseys, a $1,000 New Era Shopping Spree (defined above), and four (4) tickets to a 2026 regular season CFL game to the CFL Team as selected by the Round 2 Defeated Competitor; and (iv) a Sirius XM Canada Grey Cup Experience with a total ARV of $3,000.00 consisting of (a) two (2) tickets to the 2025 Grey Cup championship game (seating to be determined at the sole discretion of SiriusXM Canada) held in Winnipeg, MB on November 16, 2025; (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for two (i.e.double occupancy) with check-in on November 15th, 2025 and check out November 17th, 2025 ; (c) transportation for two in the form of either a round trip economy airfare from a major Canadian Airport closest to the Round 2 Defeated Competitor's place of residence to Winnipeg, Manitoba OR ground transportation for two in lieu of air transportation if the Round 2 Defeated Competitor resides within 350 kilometers from the designated hotel; and (d) 12 months free of SiriusXM's All Access (App only) streaming service . For greater clarity: the Round 2 winner will NOT be awarded the Round 2 Bonus Reward.
- ROUND 3 PRIZE & ROUND 3 BONUS REWARD: There is one (1) Round 3 Prize available to be won, consisting of $500,000 (CAD) awarded in the form of a cheque made payable to the Round 3 Prize winner that will be shipped to the Round 3 Prize winner's address as it appeared on their Release Form within 4-6 weeks, if applicable (see rule 12.iii). The Round 3 Prize may go unawarded if the Round 2 Winner does not make the field goal or if the Round 2 Winner or Round 3 Alternate (see rule 5.iii) does not appear at the Game to participate.
There is one (1) Round 3 Bonus Reward with a total ARV of $20,000.00 CAD to be awarded to the Round 3 Competitor. The Round 3 Competitor will automatically receive a Round 3 Bonus Reward consisting of (i) a $5,000.00 credit to OK Tire (ii) a $5,000 online credit to Chilly Moose; (iii) a New Era Round 3 reward with a total ARV of $5,000 CAD consisting of: two (2) Kick to Win branded Jerseys; four (4) Old Dutch branded 970s hats; four (4) CFL Replica jerseys; and a 2026 Grey Cup trip including: (a) two (2) tickets to the 2026 Grey Cup championship game (seating to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) held in Calgary, AB on November 15, 2026; (b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for check in on November 14th, 2026 and check out November 17th, 2026 for the Round 3 Competitor and guest (c) transportation to/from the Round 3 Competitor's residence in the form of round trip economy airfare for the Round 3 Competitor and one (1) guest from a major Canadian Airport closest to the Round 3 Competitor's place of residence to Calgary, AB OR ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Round 3 Competitor resides within 350 kilometers from the designated hotel and (d) $500.00 CAD in spending money; and (iii) a Sirius XM Canada Ultimate Grey Cup Experience with a total ARV of $5,000.00 (CAD) consisting of (a) two (2) platinum tickets to the 2025 Grey Cup championship game (seating to be determined at the sole discretion of SiriusXM Canada) held in Winnipeg, MB on November 16, 2025; (b) four (4) nights hotel accommodations for two (i.e. double occupancy) with check in on November 13th, 2025 and check out November 17th, 2025 (c) transportation for two in the form of either a round trip economy airfare from a major Canadian Airport closest to the Round 3 Competitor's place of residence to Winnipeg, Manitoba OR ground transportation for two in lieu of air transportation if the Round 3 Competitor resides within 350 kilometers from the designated hotel; (c) two (2) tickets to the CFL Player Awards, CFL Alumni Awards Luncheon, VIP Tailgate and The Taste of CFL; (d) Grey Cup merchandise with an approximate retail value of $300.00 (CAD); and (e) one (1) year free of SiriusXM's All Access (App only) streaming service.
- ADDITIONAL PRIZE DETAILS: The Competition Prize winners, Round 1 Winners, and Round 2 Winners will be collectively referred to as a "Competitor' or the "Competitors'). The Competitors will receive (i) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for check in the day before the applicable Game and check out the day after the applicable Game (based on the Round they are competing in – see rule 12); (ii) transportation to/from the Competitor's residence in the form of round trip economy airfare for the Competitor and one (1) guest from a major Canadian Airport closest to the Competitor's place of residence to the Game Locations OR ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Competitor resides within 350 kilometers from the applicable Game. The Competitor(s) and their guest(s) will be scheduled to arrive the day before the applicable Game and depart the day after the applicable Game; and (iii) $400 spending money in the form of a cheque. The Competition Prize, Round 1 Prize, Round 2 Prize, Round 3 Prize will herein be collectively referred to as "Prizes' or "Prize'. See rule 8 for Additional travel details pertaining to the Prizes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and are not transferable and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability. The Competitors must participate in their applicable Round of the Competition in order to receive any portion of the Prize or the Bonus Reward and failure to appear or compete in their applicable Round of the Competition will result in forfeiture of the Prize in its entirety including the Bonus Reward.
- BONUS REWARD DETAILS: The Bonus Reward credit from OK Tire (the "OK Tire Credit') may be used for purchase of any product or services available at their designated OK Tire location (subject to availability). The OK Tire Credit will be issued to the Competitor's preferred OK Tire location in the Competitor's name and will only be valid at the selected location in store. The Bonus Reward credit from Chilly Moose (the "Chilly Moose Credit') will be emailed to the Competitors to be redeemed online at https://www.chillymoose.ca/. The New Era Shopping Spree included in the Round 1 Bonus Reward & the Round 2 Bonus Reward will be coordinated by the Sponsor and the CFL Team of the Competitor's choosing. The New Era Shopping Spree can only be applied to New Era products and must be completed in one (1) transaction at one (1) CFL Team store. The New Era Shopping Spree must be redeemed by December 1, 2026. Sizing of the Kick to Win branded Jerseys, Old Dutch branded 970s hats, CFL Replica jerseys is subject to availability. Applicable to OK Tire Credit and Chilly Moose Credit: In the event (i) the purchase is under the amount of the applicable credit, the remaining amount will remain as a Credit until the Competitor has used the full amount or (ii) the purchase exceeds the Credit amount, the Competitor will be responsible for paying the difference between the Credit amount and the purchase. Applicable to the New Era Shopping Spree: In the event (i) the purchase is under the amount of the applicable Shopping Spree amount, the remaining amount will be forfeited or (ii) the purchase exceeds the Shopping Spree amount, the Competitor will be responsible for paying the difference between the Shopping Spree amount and the purchase. See rule 8 for Additional travel details pertaining to the New Era Round 3 Bonus Reward, the Round 2 Bonus Reward Sirius XM Canada Grey Cup Experience and the Round 3 Bonus Reward Sirius XM Canada Ultimate Grey Cup Experience.
Each Bonus Reward must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and are not transferable and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Bonus Reward cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another reward or component of the reward of equal or greater value, without liability. The Credit has no expiration date. In the event the Round 2 Winner is unable to participate in Round 3 (see rule 12.iii), they will have no claim to the Round 3 Bonus Reward however will be awarded the Round 2 Bonus Reward (see rule 5.ii) if the Round 3 Alternate chooses to participate in Round 3. The Alternate (as described in 5.iii) will have the opportunity to participate in Round 3 (see rule 12.iii) and will automatically receive the Round 3 Bonus Reward but will forfeit the Round 2 Bonus Reward. A limit of one (1) Bonus Reward will be awarded per person. The Competitors must participate in their applicable Round of the Competition in order to receive any portion of the Bonus Reward and failure to appear or compete in their applicable Round of the Competition will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Reward.
- TRAVEL DETAILS: The following applies to any travel included in any Prize or Bonus Reward. Travel must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsor (the "Travel Dates'). It is the sole responsibility of the Competitor (including the Round 1 Defeated Competitor, the Round 2 Defeated Competitor) and guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation, including, without limitation proper identification. The Competitor and guest must be available to travel during the Travel Dates and no change in travel arrangements can be made by the Competitor once their booking has been confirmed, otherwise they will be disqualified and/or forfeit their Prize or Bonus Reward. It is recommended that the Competitor and their guest obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure, which is the responsibility of the Competitor and guest. The Competitor and guest must travel on the identical itinerary and depart/return from the same airport at the Departure Point. All incremental costs in participating as a Competitor in the Kick to Win Competition not outlined in the prize descriptions (see rule 5) or in the Bonus Reward description (see rule 5) are the sole responsibility of the Competitor and guest including but not limited to: connecting flights apart from the roundtrip airfare, additional ground transportation, fuel, gasoline and currency surcharges, insurance, meals & beverages, gratuities, laundry services, entertainment, excursions, transfers, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, medical, travel and cancellation insurance together with any required travel documentation, emergency evacuations and any and all personal expenses of any kind or nature. The Competitor and guest are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as each Prize originates and terminates there. NOTE: The Competitor will be required to present a valid major credit card in their name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor. No frequent flyer miles will be awarded. Selection of Ticket type and/or seat location is solely within the Sponsor's discretion. The Competitor and Guest must abide by all venue policies at the venue where the Game is played (the "Venue'). The Sponsor and/or the Venue reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any Competitor or Competitor's guest who it and/or Venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Venue policy or law, and/or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute. Resale of event tickets is prohibited. The Sponsor is not responsible if the Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event, the Kick to Win Competition will be cancelled and the Prize forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Guest(s) of the Competitors will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Sponsor, a full declaration and release form stating that, among other things, they have read and understood these Official Rules, grant all consents required, accept the Prize as offered, if applicable, and release the Releasees (defined in Rule 9..iii) from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the guest's participation in the Prize, including, without limitation, all travel related thereto. In the event the Guest has not reached the age of majority (the "Minor'), the Competitor must be the parent/legal guardian of the aforementioned Minor and must complete the guest Release form on the Minor's behalf.
- COMPETITION PRIZE DRAW & DECLARATION:
- COMPETITION PRIZE DRAW: Two (2) random draws will be held starting at approximately 10:00 AM (ET) on September 26, 2025 in Oakville ON (the "Competition Prize Draw') from among all eligible Entries received from each applicable Region to determine the two (2) Competition Prize selected entrants (each a "Potential Competition Prize Winner') per Region (See rule 5.i). The odds of winning a Competition Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received from the applicable Region during the Contest Period.
- NOTIFICATION: Each Potential Competition Prize Winner will be contacted by email within two (2) days of the Competition Prize Draw. If a Potential Competition Prize Winner (a) cannot be reached by email within two (2) days of the first notification; (b) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question (see below); or (c) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time (as applicable) (see below), then they will be disqualified and another Entrant will be randomly selected until such time as all Potential Competition Prize Winners are confirmed or there are no more eligible Entries for the applicable Region, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a Potential Competition Prize Winner.
- DECLARATION: To be declared a Competition Prize winner (the "Competition Prize Winner'), each Potential Competition Prize Winner must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. Each Potential Competition Prize Winner must also complete and return a Declaration and Release Form (the "Release Form') within two (2) days. By completing and returning the Release Form, and accepting the Competition Prize, the Competition Prize Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Competition Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, releases the Sponsor, its respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (the "Releasees') from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Competition Prize, and consents to the use of their name, address (city and province/territory), and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Competition Prize will be forfeited. In the event a Competition Prize Winner has a physical disability that prevents them from participating in the Kick to Win Competition, the Competition Prize Winner has the right to select a person to act in their place (the "Competitor's Alternate'). The Competition Prize Winner must advise the Sponsor and the Competitor's Alternate must be determined within one (1) day of returning the Release Form and/or before any travel arrangements are made (whichever comes first) otherwise no changes will be allowed. For greater clarity: No changes will be allowed after the Competitor has started the Competition. The Sponsor may require the Competition Prize Winner to provide sufficient evidence proving inability to participate due to a physical disability in order to allow the Competitor's Alternate to act on their behalf. The Competition Prize Winner's Alternate must meet all Eligibility requirements (as per rule 3) and will be required to sign a Release Form. The Competition Prize Winner will then act as the guest of the Competition Prize Winner's Alternate. The Competition Prize, Bonus Reward, and any other Prize that may be won in the Competition will be awarded to the Competition Prize Winner (and not the Competitor's Alternate). Please note: Prior to participating in Round 1, the Competition Prize Winner may be required to complete an additional publicity release notice for filming purposes that will apply for each Round of the Competition. Prior to being awarded a Bonus Reward, the applicable Competitor may be required to complete a secondary release form confirming compliance with the Official Rules and acknowledging that the Bonus Reward must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred and releases the Releasees from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Bonus Reward.
- ROUND 1, ROUND 2, AND ROUND 3 PRIZE ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Round 1 Prize is one (1) in two (2) and depend on the Competitors' skills within their Region. The odds of winning the Round 2 Prize are one (1) in two (2) and depend on the Competitors' skills. The odds of winning the Round 3 Prize are dependent on the Competitor's skills.
- ROUND 3 PRIZE WINNER DECLARATION: To be declared a Round 3 Prize winner, the Competitor must win Round 1 and Round 2 (see rule 12.i & rule 12.ii); and make the field goal in Round 3 as outlined in rule 12 (iii). Upon confirmation of the completed Field Goal in Round 3, the Competitor must sign the Release Form. By completing and returning the Release Form, and accepting the Round 3 Prize, the Round 3 Prize Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Round 3 Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, releases the Sponsor, its respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Round 3 Prize, and consents to the use of their name, address (city and province/territory), and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Round 3 Prize will be forfeited.
- COMPETITION OVERVIEW: Upon being declared a Competition Prize Winner and winning the Competition Prize (see rule 5.i), each Competition Prize Winner will have the opportunity to participate in Round 1 of the Competition within their region (see below).
The Kick to Win Competition, consist of three (3) rounds:
- ROUND 1: The two (2) Competition Prize Winners who won the Eastern Competition Prize (see rule 5.i) will compete against each other at the CFL Final regular season Hamilton Tiger-Cats home Game on October 24, 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario and will attempt to kick field goals during half time. The two (2) Competition Prize Winners who won the Western Competition Prize (see Rule 5.i) will compete against each other at the CFL Final regular season Winnipeg Blue Bombers home Game on October 25, 2025 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will attempt to kick field goals during half time. The Two (2) Competition Prize Winners within each Region will have the opportunity to kick a field goal at the following marks (the "Marks') dependent on whether they move ahead to each Mark (as per the details below):
- Mark 1: The Competitors will have 3 attempts at 15 yards to kick a field goal.
- Mark 2: The Competitors will have 2 attempts at 25 yards to kick a field goal.
- Mark 3: The Competitors will have 2 attempts at 35 yards to kick a field goal.
- Mark 4: The Competitors will have 2 attempts at 40 yards to kick a field goal.
If each Competition Prize Winner completes a field goal at Mark 1 within the allotted number of attempts, each Competition Prize Winner will move onto the next Mark, and so on through Mark 2, Mark 3 and Mark 4. The Competition Prize Winner who completes a field goal at a Mark in which the other Competition Prize Winner (within their Region) does not complete a field goal within the allotted number of attempts at the same Mark, will be deemed the Round 1 winner (the "Round 1 Winner') for their Region and will move onto Round 2 (see below). In the event (a) neither Competition Prize Winners make a field goal at a Mark within the allotted number of attempts or (b) there is a tie after the attempts at Mark 4 are completed, the Competition Prize Winners will kick a football at the 40-yard line and the Competition Prize Winner who kicked the football the furthest will be deemed the Round 1 Winner. In the event one (1) of the Competition Prize Winners does not appear to compete in the Kick-To- Win Competition, the Competition Prize Winner who has appeared to participate will automatically move onto Round 2 from their Region.
- ROUND 2: The Round 1 Winner from each Region will compete against each other at the CFL Western Semi-Finals game on November 1, 2025 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan. The two (2) Round 1 Winners will have the opportunity to kick a field goal at the same Marks defined in Round 1. If each Round 1 Winner completes a field goal at Mark 1 within the allotted number of attempts, each Round 1 Winner will move onto the next Mark, and so on through Mark 2, Mark 3 and Mark 4. The Round 1 Winner who completes a field goal at a Mark in which the other Round 1 Winner does not complete a field goal within the allotted number of attempts at the same Mark, they will be deemed the Round 2 winner (the "Round 2 Winner') and will move onto Round 3 (see below). In the event (a) neither Round 1 Winners make a field goal at a Mark within the allotted number of attempts or (b) there is a tie after the attempts at Mark 4 are completed; the Round 1 Winners will kick a football at the 40-yard line and the Round 1 Winner who kicked the football the furthest will be deemed the Round 2 Winner.In the event (a) the Round 2 Winner is unable to participate in Round 3 (see rule 10.iii) and advises the Sponsor within two (2) business days of being declared the Round 2 Winner that they will not be participating in Round 3, they will automatically be disqualified, and the competing Round 1 Winner will proceed to Round 3; or (b) one (1) of the Round 1 Winners does not appear to compete in Round 2 of the Kick-To- Win Competition, the Round 1 Winner who has appeared to participate will automatically move onto Round 3.
- ROUND 3: The Round 2 Winner will have one (1) attempt to kick a 50-yard field goal during half time at the CFL Western Final game on November 8, 2025 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan for a chance to win the Round 3 Prize (see rule 5.iv). The Round 3 Prize will not be awarded if the Round 2 Winner does not make the field goal. In the event the Round 2 Winner is unable to participate in Round 3, they will automatically be disqualified and they will have no claim to the Round 2 or Round 3 Prize (see rule 5.ii). The Round 3 Alternate (as described in 5.iii) will have the opportunity to participate in Round 3 for a chance to win the Round 3 Prize.
Once selected as a Competitor and for the duration of their participation in the Competition, Competitors are not allowed to seek professional coaching assistance as practice. If it is discovered that the Competitor has used professional coaching assistance, they will be disqualified from the Competition, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

- CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Contest, Entrants (i) acknowledge they have read and understand the Official Rules and are compliant with them including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent contest organization, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
- AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER: If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The use of an invalid email address will disqualify the entry. A selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected Entry.
- GENERAL: The Sponsor and the independent contest organization do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with the Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by the awarded Prize or the Contest itself; or (iii) any failure of the Contest Website during the Contest Period, including any problems, human or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Contest, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Contest. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void.
- All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest could be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, amend or suspend this Contest or to amend the Official Rules (including, without limitation, modification to any of the dates and/or timeframe stipulations in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Entrant of any Contest-related information), at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries.
- CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from Entrants will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest.
