OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

Open to residents of Canada

By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Official Contest Rules & Regulations (the “Official Rules”). The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with CFL (defined below) or OK Tire, New Era, Chilly Moose, or Choice Hotels (OK Tire, New Era, Chilly Moose and Choice Hotels collectively defined as the “Prize Providers”).  You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to the Prize Providers.  The Prize Provider(s) are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest.  Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to the Prize Provider(s). 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST. The Old Dutch Kick to Win Competition (the “Contest” or “Competition”) is sponsored by Old Dutch Foods Ltd. (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 10:00:00 AM ET on July 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 14, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). To participate and be eligible to win a Prize, eligible entrants (see rule 2) must be able to participate in the Competition at the applicable games (the “Game”) (see rule 17) on the applicable dates.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible for a chance to win a Prize, an entrant (the “Entrant” or “you”) must, at the time of entry, be a legal resident of Canada who: (A) has reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence; (B) must be able to attend and participate in the Competition at the game location(s) (see rule 17) ; (C) is not an employee, a representative or agent of the Sponsor, CFL Ventures (“CFL”), or of either of their respective affiliated and related companies (including, with respect to CFL, the Canadian Football League, CFL Enterprises LP, CFL Enterprises G.P. Inc., CFL Holdings G.P. Inc., and CFL Holdings L.P. and member teams of the Canadian Football League), partners, Prize Providers, franchisees, advertising or promotion agencies, dealers, or an immediate family member of, or a person domiciled with, any of the above (collectively, the “Contest Parties”); and (D) is not a current or former professional or semi-professional football or soccer player or football or soccer coach in any capacity. In these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means the Entrant’s mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter and legal or common-law spouse, as applicable, and “professional” means an individual who is or has been paid to play or coach, or a current or former college or university football or soccer player or coach.
3. CONTEST OVERVIEW & HOW TO ENTER: To be selected as a competitor (the “Competitor”) in the Kick to Win Competition (the “Competition”) (see rule 16), Entrants must first enter the Contest through the Contest Website (see below) for a chance to win a Competition Prize (see rule 6.I). To enter the Contest, visit kicktowincontest.ca (the “Contest Website”) and complete the entry form with your full name, your province of residence, your postal code, a valid telephone number and a valid email address; check the box to confirm compliance with these Official Rules; and indicate whether you would like to receive information about future promotions and new products from the Sponsor and/or CFL (optional). Next, upload a photo of yourself (the “Photo”) that shows how you like to cheer on your favourite CFL team and/or why you are the #1 Old Dutch Chip Fan as well as a short description (50 words or less) of your photo (the Photo & description collectively referred to as a “Submission”) (see rule 4 for Submission Criteria). Click the submit button and if deemed eligible based on the eligibility requirements set out in rule 2 & the submission guidelines set out in rule 4, you will receive one (1) contest entry (the “Entry”) into the selection process for your applicable region (see rule 6.I).
4. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Entries must meet the following Submission Guidelines and demonstrate the Judging Criteria outlined in rule 10.II.

   Each Submission:

   • must include a Photo of the Entrant sharing how they like to cheer on their favourite CFL team and/or why they are the #1 Old Dutch Chip Fan;
   • must include a description (50 words or less) written solely in the Entrant’s own words and created without assistance from any third party, including the use of artificial intelligence or automated tools, describing their Photo;
   • must be intended for family audience viewing and contain only content that, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, is suitable for all persons, including persons under the age of 13;
   • must not contain any nude, sexually explicit, disparaging, discriminatory, libelous or other inappropriate content of any kind whatsoever;
   • must not contain any content that promotes any product or service other than that of the Sponsor;
   • must not contain any language suggesting or encouraging illegal activity;
   • must not contain anything that infringes or that may infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property rights;
   • must not contain any personal information in the Photo or in the description (other than information provided in the entry form fields on the Contest Website);
   • must not contain any copyrighted works (other than as owned by the eligible Entrant) or third party content that may be subject to and protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to artwork and photographs;
   • must contain entirely original materials that have never before been published or selected as a winner in any other contest;
   • must not contain any identifiable third party products, and/or trade-marks, brands, logos or copyright, other than those of the Sponsor, the CFL or the member teams of the CFL;
   • must not contain any reference to or likeness of identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and such individuals are of the age of majority;
   • Participant must the rightful owner of the Photo included with the Entry.
5. ENTRIES: Limit of one (1) Entry per person throughout the Contest Period for a chance to win a Prize. Entries must comply with the Submission Criteria detailed in rule 4 to be eligible. You may only use one (1) personal email address to enter the Contest. Any person who is found to have entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or who has submitted more than the number of Entries permitted by these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means, including artificial intelligence, are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, misdirected, garbled or incomplete Entries, which will be void. Proof of posting an Entry is not proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 14, 2026 (the “Contest Close Date”). The Sponsor’s website database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. All Entries and Entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. By entering the Contest and submitting an Entry, each entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her Submission (and each component thereof), in whole or in part, for administration, advertising or promotion of the Contest or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her Submission (and each component thereof) in favour of the Sponsor (and anyone authorized by the Sponsor to use such Submission); and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Releasees (defined below) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her Submission (or any component thereof), including, without limitation, any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action whatsoever.
6. PRIZES & BONUS REWARDS: There are a total of eight (8) prizes and four (4) bonus rewards available to be won in the Contest. The total ARV of all eight (8) prizes is $527,560 (CAD) and the total ARV of all four (4) bonus rewards is $52,000 (CAD).

   There are four (4) competition prizes (each a “Competition Prize”), two (2) round 1 prizes (each a “Round 1 Prize”), one (1) round 2 prize (the “Round 2 Prize”), and one (1) round 3 prize (the “Round 3 Prize”).

   Additionally, there are four (4) bonus rewards (each a “Bonus Reward”) available to be awarded to the Competitors consisting of two (2) round 1 bonus rewards (each a “Round 1 Bonus Reward”), one (1) round 2 bonus reward (the “Round 2 Bonus Reward”) and one (1) round 3 bonus reward (the “Round 3 Bonus Reward”).

   1. COMPETITION PRIZES: There are four (4) Competition Prizes available to be won consisting of two (2) Competition Prizes for the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba and the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut (the “Western Region”) and two (2) Competition Prizes for the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador (the “Eastern Region”).The Western Region and the Eastern Region are also referred to as a “Region” and collectively as the “Regions”. Each Competition Prize consists of the opportunity to compete in Round 1 in the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 16.i). The two (2) Western Region winners of the Competition Prize will each be deemed a “Western Round 1 Competitor” and will each receive (i) one (1) customized Kick to Win “Chilly Moose 55L Wheeled Explorer” filled with Old Dutch chips with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $590 (CAD); (ii) two (2) round trip flights, two (2) nights hotel stay and two (2) tickets to the CFL Final regular season Edmonton Elks home Game on October 16, 2026 in Edmonton, Alberta and (iii) the chance to compete in round 1 for the Western Region of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 16.i) during halftime. The two (2) Eastern Region winners of the Competition Prizes will each be deemed a “Eastern Round 1 Competitor” and will each receive (i) one (1) customized Kick to Win “Chilly Moose 55L Wheeled Explorer” filled with Old Dutch chips with a total ARV of $590 (CAD); (ii) two (2) round trip flights, two (2) nights hotel stay and two (2) tickets to the CFL Final regular season Hamilton Tiger-Cats home Game on October 24, 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario and (iii) the chance to compete in round 1 for the Eastern Region of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 16.i) during halftime. See rule 7 and 8 for “additional prize details” on transportation, hotel accommodation, and guest details included in the Competition Prize. The Competition Prize Winners must compete in Round 1 of the Kick to Win Competition to receive any portion of the Competition Prize. The ARV of each Competition Prize is $ 4,190.00 (CAD).
   2. ROUND 1 PRIZE & ROUND 1 BONUS REWARD: There are two (2) Round 1 Prizes available to won consisting of one (1) Western Region Round 1 winner and one (1) Eastern Region Round 1 winner. The Western Region Round 1 winner and the Eastern Region Round 1 winner (see rule 16.i) will be declared Round 2 Competitors (see rule 16.ii). Each Round 2 Competitor will receive two (2) round trip flights, two (2) nights hotel stay and two (2) tickets to the CFL Western Semi-Finals Game on October 31, 2026 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan to compete in Round 2 of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 16.ii). See rule 7 and 8 for “additional prize details” below for additional details on transportation, hotel accommodation, and guest details included in the Round 1 Prize. The ARV of each Round 1 Prize is $3,600.00 (CAD).

      There are two (2) Round 1 Bonus Rewards, each with a total ARV of $8,000.00 (CAD) available to be awarded to each of the Round 1 Defeated Competitors (defined below). The Western Round 1 Competitor and the Eastern Round 1 Competitor who did not win and does not proceed to Round 2 (the “Round 1 Defeated Competitor”) will each receive a Round 1 Bonus Reward consisting of (i) a $2,000.00 OK Tire Credit (defined below); (ii) a $2,000.00 Chilly Moose Credit (defined below); (iii) a New Era Round 1 reward with a total ARV of $2,000.00 (CAD)consisting of: two (2) Kick to Win branded Jerseys, four (4) Old Dutch branded 970s hats, two (2) CFL Replica jerseys for a CFL team as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor, a $600 shopping spree for New Era products at the CFL team store as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor (the “New Era Shopping Spree”), and two (2) tickets to one (1) 2027 regular season CFL game to the CFL Team as selected by the Round 1 Defeated Competitor; and (iv) 150,000 Choice Privileges® points from Choice Hotels Canada with a ARV of $2,000. For greater clarity: the Western Region Round 1 winner and the Eastern Region Round 1 winner will NOT be awarded the Round 1 Bonus Reward.

   3. ROUND 2 PRIZE & ROUND 2 BONUS REWARD: The Round 2 Winner (see rule 16.ii) will be declared a Round 3 Competitor (see rule 16.iii) and will receive two (2) round trip flights, two (2) nights hotel stay and two (2) tickets to the CFL Western Final Game on November 7, 2026 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan and will be competing in Round 3 of the Kick to Win Competition (see rule 16.iii). The ARV of the Round 2 Prize is $ 3,600.00 (CAD). See rule 7 and 8 for “additional prize details” below for additional details on transportation, hotel accommodation, and guest details included in the Round 2 Prize. The Round 2 Competitor who did not win Round 2 (the “Round 3 Alternate”) will receive: (i) two (2) tickets to the CFL Western Final Game on November 7, 2026 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan; (ii) hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for two (2) nights for check in the day before the applicable CFL Western Final Game and check out the day after the applicable Game; (iii) transportation to/from the Round 3 Alternate’s residence in the form of one (1) round trip economy airfare from a major Canadian airport closest to the Round 3 Alternate’s place of residence to the Game location OR ground transportation in lieu of air transportation for the Round 3 Alternate if the Round 3 Alternate resides within 350 kilometers from the applicable Game location; and (iii) $400 spending money in the form of a cheque, total ARV $3,600.00 (CAD).

      There is one (1) Round 2 Bonus Reward with a total ARV of $13,000.00 CAD available to be awarded to the Round 2 Defeated Competitor (defined below). The Round 2 Competitor who did not win and does not proceed to Round 3 (the “Round 2 Defeated Competitor”) will receive a Round 2 Bonus Reward consisting of: (i) a $3,000.00 OK Tire Credit; (ii) a $3,000 Chilly Moose Credit; (iii) a New Era Round 2 reward with a total ARV of $3,000.00 (CAD) consisting of two (2) Kick to Win branded Jerseys, four (4) Old Dutch branded 970s hats, four (4) CFL Replica jerseys, a $1,000 New Era Shopping Spree (defined above), and four (4) tickets to a 2027 regular season CFL game to the CFL Team as selected by the Round 2 Defeated Competitor; and (iv) 250,000 Choice Privileges® points from Choice Hotels Canada with a ARV of $4,000.00. For greater clarity: the Round 2 winner will NOT be awarded the Round 2 Bonus Reward.

   4. ROUND 3 PRIZE & ROUND 3 BONUS REWARD: There is one (1) Round 3 Prize available to be won, consisting of $500,000 (CAD) awarded in the form of a cheque made payable to the Round 3 Prize winner that will be shipped to the Round 3 Prize winner’s address as it appeared on their Release Form within 4-6 weeks, if applicable (see rule 16.iii). The Round 3 Prize will go unawarded if the Round 3 Competitor does not make the field goal or if the Round 3 Competitor or Round 3 Alternate (see rule 6.iii), if applicable, does not appear at the Game to participate.

      There is one (1) Round 3 Bonus Reward with a total ARV of $23,000.00 CAD to be awarded to the Round 3 Competitor. The Round 3 Competitor will automatically receive a Round 3 Bonus Reward consisting of (i) a $5,000.00 OK Tire Credit (ii) a $5,000 Chilly Moose Credit; (iii) a New Era Round 3 reward with a total ARV of $5,000 CAD consisting of: two (2) Kick to Win branded Jerseys; four (4) Old Dutch branded 970s hats; four (4) CFL Replica jerseys; and a 2027 Grey Cup trip including: (a) two (2) tickets to the 2027 114^th Grey Cup championship game (seating to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) held in Regina, SK on November 7, 2027; (b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for check in on November 6th, 2027 and check out November 8th, 2027 for the Round 3 Competitor and guest (c) transportation in the form of round trip economy airfare for the Round 3 Competitor and one (1) guest from a major Canadian airport closest to the Round 3 Competitor’s place of residence to Calgary, AB OR ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Round 3 Competitor resides within 350 kilometers from the designated hotel and (d) $500.00 CAD in spending money; and (iv) 500,000 Choice Privileges® points from Choice Hotels Canada with total ARV of $8,000.00 (CAD).

7. ADDITIONAL PRIZE DETAILS: Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual and approximate retail values of any Prize be awarded. The Competition Prize Winners, Round 1 Winners, and Round 2 Winner will be collectively referred to as a “Competitor” or the “Competitors”). The Competitors will receive (i) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for check in the day before the applicable Game and check out the day after the applicable Game (based on the Round they are competing in – see rule 17); (ii) transportation in the form of round trip economy airfare for the Competitor and one (1) guest from a major Canadian airport closest to the Competitor’s place of residence to the Game locations OR ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Competitor resides within 350 kilometers from the applicable Game. The Competitor(s) and their guest(s) will be scheduled to arrive the day before the applicable Game and depart the day after the applicable Game; and (iii) $400 spending money in the form of a cheque. The Competition Prize, Round 1 Prize, Round 2 Prize, Round 3 Prize will herein be collectively referred to as “Prizes” or “Prize”. See rule 9 for Additional travel details pertaining to the Prizes, as applicable. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and are not transferable and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability. The Competitors must participate in their applicable Round of the Competition in order to receive any portion of the Prize or the Bonus Reward and failure to appear or compete in their applicable Round of the Competition will result in forfeiture of the Prize in its entirety including the Bonus Reward. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. None of the Releasees makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of a Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each of the Prize winners and their guests understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Releasees should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.
8. BONUS REWARD DETAILS: The Bonus Reward credit from OK Tire (the “OK Tire Credit”) may be used for purchase of any product or services available at their designated OK Tire location (subject to availability). The OK Tire Credit will be issued to the Competitor’s preferred OK Tire location in the Competitor’s name and will only be valid at the selected location in store. The Bonus Reward online credit from Chilly Moose (the “Chilly Moose Credit”) will be emailed to the Competitors to be redeemed online at https://www.chillymoose.ca/. The New Era Shopping Spree included in the Round 1 Bonus Reward & the Round 2 Bonus Reward will be coordinated by the Sponsor and the CFL Team of the Competitor’s choosing. The New Era Shopping Spree can only be applied to New Era products and must be completed in one (1) transaction at one (1) CFL Team store. The New Era Shopping Spree must be redeemed by December 1, 2027. Sizing of the Kick to Win branded Jerseys, Old Dutch branded 970s hats, CFL Replica jerseys is subject to availability. Applicable to OK Tire Credit and Chilly Moose Credit: In the event (i) the purchase is under the amount of the applicable credit, the remaining amount will remain as a Credit until the Competitor has used the full amount or (ii) the purchase exceeds the Credit amount, the Competitor will be responsible for paying the difference between the Credit amount and the purchase. Applicable to the New Era Shopping Spree: In the event (i) the purchase is under the amount of the applicable Shopping Spree amount, the remaining amount will be forfeited or (ii) the purchase exceeds the Shopping Spree amount, the Competitor will be responsible for paying the difference between the Shopping Spree amount and the purchase. See rule 9 for Additional travel details pertaining to the New Era Round 3 Bonus Reward. The Bonus Reward Choice Privileges® points from Choice Hotel Canada (the “Choice Privilege® Points”) will be issued to the Choice Privileges® account registered under the Competitor’s Name and email address associated with the Competitor’s Submission within 4-6 weeks of signing the Bonus Reward release form. The Competitor must be enrolled in the Choice Privileges® rewards program and have an account with Choice Privileges® rewards program within 30 days of completing the Bonus Reward release form in order to be awarded the Choice Privileges® Points. Becoming a member of the Choice Privileges® rewards program with Choice Hotel Canada is free to join at https://www.choicehotels.com/en-ca/choice-privileges/account/enroll. By signing up to become a Choice Privileges® member and accepting the Choice Privileges® Points, you agree to the Choice Privileges® rewards program rules and regulations which can be found at: https://www.choicehotels.com/en-ca/choice-privileges/rules-regulations. Each Bonus Reward must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and are not transferable and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Bonus Reward cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another reward or component of the reward of equal or greater value, without liability. The Ok Tire Credit and Chilly Moose Credit has no expiration date. In the event the Round 2 Winner is unable to participate in Round 3 (see rule 16.iii), they will have no claim to the Round 2 or 3 Bonus Reward. The Round 3 Alternate (as described in 6.iii) will then have the opportunity to participate in Round 3 (see rule 16.iii) and will automatically receive the Round 3 Bonus Reward but will forfeit the Round 2 Bonus Reward. The Competitors must participate in their applicable Round of the Competition in order to receive any portion of the Bonus Reward and failure to appear or compete in their applicable Round of the Competition will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Reward. For greater certainty, a person may receive a maximum of one (1) Bonus Reward throughout the Contest. In the event a Competitor becomes entitled to a subsequent Bonus Reward in a later Round, any previously awarded or potential Bonus Reward shall be deemed forfeited and replaced by the later Bonus Reward, and no individual shall be entitled to retain or receive more than one (1) Bonus Reward in total.
9. TRAVEL DETAILS: The following applies to any travel included in any Prize or Bonus Reward. Travel must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsor (the “Travel Dates”). Choice of flights, airline(s) and all other aspects of the Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. It is the sole responsibility of the Competitor (including the Round 1 Defeated Competitor, the Round 2 Defeated Competitor) and guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation, including, without limitation proper identification. The Competitor and guest must be available to travel during the Travel Dates and no change in travel arrangements can be made by the Competitor once their booking has been confirmed, otherwise they will be disqualified and/or forfeit their Prize or Bonus Reward. It is recommended that the Competitor and their guest obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure, which is the responsibility of the Competitor and guest. The Competitor and guest must travel on the identical itinerary and depart/return from the same airport at the departure point. All incremental costs in participating as a Competitor in the Kick to Win Competition not outlined in the prize descriptions (see rule 6) or in the Bonus Reward description (see rule 6) are the sole responsibility of the Competitor and guest including but not limited to: connecting flights apart from the roundtrip airfare, additional ground transportation, fuel, gasoline and currency surcharges, insurance, meals & beverages, gratuities, laundry services, entertainment, excursions, transfers, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, medical, travel and cancellation insurance together with any required travel documentation, emergency evacuations and any and all personal expenses of any kind or nature. The Competitor and guest are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the departure point as each Prize originates and terminates there. NOTE: The Competitor will be required to present a valid major credit card in their name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor. No frequent flyer miles will be awarded. Selection of ticket type and/or seat location is solely within the Sponsor’s discretion. The Competitor and guest must abide by all venue policies at the venue where the Game is played (the “Venue”). Each Competitor and his/her guest, if applicable, acknowledges and accepts all risk of damages, injury or other loss incidental to any game for which tickets are issued, whether occurring before, during or after the game, and hereby voluntarily agrees to assume the same. The Sponsor and/or the Venue reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any Competitor or Competitor’s guest who it and/or Venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Venue policy or law, and/or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute. Resale of event tickets is prohibited. The Releasees are not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation, for any reason, of any aspect of a Prize – including, but not limited to flights or games. Further, the Sponsor is not responsible if any Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event, the Kick to Win Competition will be cancelled and the Prize forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Guest(s) of the Competitors will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Sponsor, a full declaration and release form stating that, among other things, they have read and understood these Official Rules, grant all consents required, accept the Prize as offered, if applicable, and release the Releasees (defined in Rule 12) from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the guest’s participation in the Prize, including, without limitation, all travel related thereto. In the event the Guest has not reached the age of majority (the “Minor”), the Competitor must be the parent/legal guardian of the aforementioned Minor and must complete the guest Release form on the Minor’s behalf.
10. SELECTION PROCESS:
    1. COMPETITION PRIZE DRAW: Two (2) random draws will be held starting at approximately 10:00 AM (ET) on September 16, 2026 in Oakville ON (the “Competition Prize Draw”) from among all eligible Entries received from each applicable Region to determine the ten (10) finalists for the Western Region (each a “Western Finalist”) and the ten (10) finalists for the Eastern Region (each an “Eastern Finalist” and each a Western Finalist and an Eastern Finalist, a “Finalist”). The odds of being selected as a Western Finalist or Eastern Finalist depend on the total number of eligible Entries received from the applicable Region during the Contest Period.
    2. JUDGING PERIOD: The judging period will begin within 24 hours of the Competition Prize Draw (see above) and be completed by September 22, 2026 (the “Judging Period”). During the Judging Period, a panel of judges designated by the Sponsor (the “Judges”) will, in their sole discretion, evaluate and score the ten (10) Finalists from each Region from one (1) (highest score) to ten (10) (lowest score) (the “Judging Process”). The two (2) Western Finalists with the highest-ranked score from among the ten (10) Western Finalists will be deemed the potential western competition prize Winner. The two (2) Eastern Finalists with the highest-ranked score from among the ten (10) Eastern Finalists will each be deemed the potential eastern competition prize winner. The potential western competition prize winners and the potential eastern competition prize winners will be collectively referred to as the “Potential Competition Prize Winner”). In the event any of the Finalists are not eligible based on the eligibility or Submission Criteria, they will automatically be disqualified from the Judging Process and an alternate finalist(s) will be randomly drawn from the appliable region to be included in the Judging Process. Scores will be based on a cumulative score using the below weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): (A) 25% originality and creativity; (B) 25% presentation (including visuals & execution); (C) 25% capturing the CFL or Old Dutch team spirit; and (D) 25% positive representation of the CFL and/or Old Dutch. In the unlikely event of a tie in scoring after conclusion of the Judging Period, the potential winner will be determined by the judging of the tied entries by an additional judge using the above noted judging criteria. The odds of being selected as a Potential Competition Prize Winner for each applicable Region are one (1) in ten (10) and depend on the Judging Criteria and the relative merit and caliber of the finalists drawn in each applicable Region.
11. NOTIFICATION: Each Potential Competition Prize Winner will be contacted by email within two (2) days of the Judging Period. If a Potential Competition Prize Winner (a) cannot be reached by email within two (2) days of the first notification; (b) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question (see below); (c) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time (as applicable) (see below); or (d) is unable to participate in the Competition prior to Round 1 taking place, then they will be disqualified and the next eligible Entrant with the highest score in the applicable Region will be selected until such time as all Potential Competition Prize Winners are confirmed or there are no more eligible Finalists or by October 13, 2026, whichever comes first. If a Potential Competition Prize Winner is disqualified or is unable to be declared a Competition Prize Winner for any reason, the next highest‑ranked Finalist from the applicable Region, as determined by the Judges based on the Judging Criteria, will be deemed the Potential Competition Prize Winner. This process will continue, in descending order of score, until all Competition Prize Winners are confirmed or there are no remaining eligible Finalists or by October 13, 2026.
12. DECLARATION: To be declared a Competition Prize winner (the “Competition Prize Winner”), each Potential Competition Prize Winner must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. Each Potential Competition Prize Winner must also complete and return a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) within two (2) days. By completing and returning the Release Form, and accepting the Competition Prize, the Competition Prize Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Competition Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, releases the Contest Parties and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use or misuse of the Competition Prize, and consents to the use of their Submission, including name, address (city and province/territory), and/or Photos, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Competition Prize will be forfeited. Please note: Prior to participating in Round 1, the Competition Prize Winner will be required to complete an additional participation & eligibility form in order to participate in the competition and may be required to complete an additional publicity release notice for filming purposes that will apply for each round of the Competition. Prior to being awarded a Bonus Reward, the applicable Competitor will be required to complete a Bonus Reward release form confirming compliance with the Official Rules and acknowledging that the Bonus Reward must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred and releases the Releasees from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use or misuse of the Bonus Reward.
13. ROUND 1 & 2 PRIZE WINNER DECLARATIONS: Each of the Round 1 & Round 2 Prize Winners must sign a Release Form upon winning their applicable Round (see rule 16). By completing and returning the Release Form, and accepting the applicable Prize, the Prize Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the applicable Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, releases the Releasees from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use or misuse of the Prize, and consents to the use of their Submission, including name, address (city and province/territory), and/or Photos, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the applicable Prize may be forfeited.
14. ROUND 3 PRIZE WINNER DECLARATION: To be declared a Round 3 Prize winner, the Competitor must win Round 1 and Round 2 (see rule 16.i & rule 16.ii); and make the field goal in Round 3 as outlined in rule 16.iii. Upon confirmation of the completed field goal in Round 3, the Competitor must sign the Release Form and pass a standard background check confirming they do not appear on any international sanction list. By completing and returning the Release Form, and accepting the Round 3 Prize, the Round 3 Prize Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Round 3 Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred, and releases the Releasees from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Round 3 Prize, and consents to the use of their Submission, including name, address (city and province/territory), and/or Photos, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Round 3 Prize will be forfeited.
15. ROUND 1, ROUND 2, AND ROUND 3 PRIZE ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Round 1 Prize is one (1) in two (2) in each Region and depend on the Competitors’ skills within their Region. The odds of winning the Round 2 Prize are one (1) in two (2) and depend on the Competitors’ skills. The odds of winning the Round 3 Prize are dependent on the Competitor’s skills.
16. COMPETITION OVERVIEW: Upon being declared a Competition Prize Winner and winning a Competition Prize (see rule 6.i), each Competition Prize Winner will have the opportunity to participate in Round 1 of the Competition within their Region (see below) as a Round 1 competitor (the “Round 1 Competitor”) and will have the opportunity to move onto Round 2 & Round 3 as per the below.

    The Kick to Win Competition consist of three (3) rounds:

    1. ROUND 1: The two (2) Eastern Round 1 Competitors who won the Eastern Region Competition Prize (see rule 6.i) will compete against each other at the CFL Final regular season Hamilton Tiger-Cats home Game on October 24, 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario and will attempt to kick a field goal during half time. The two (2) Western Round 1 Competitors who won the Western Region Competition Prize (see Rule 6.i) will compete against each other at the CFL Final regular season Edmonton Elks home Game on October 16, 2026 in Edmonton, Alberta and will attempt to kick field goals during half time. The two (2) Round 1 Competitors within each Region (for a total of four (4) Round 1 Competitors) will have the opportunity to kick a field goal at the following marks (the “Marks”) dependent on whether they move ahead to each Mark (the Competitors will only move onto the next mark if they have both made a field goal on the same Mark - as per the details below):
       • Mark 1: The Competitors will have 3 attempts at 15 yards to kick a field goal.
       • Mark 2: The Competitors will have 2 attempts at 25 yards to kick a field goal.
       • Mark 3: The Competitors will have 2 attempts at 35 yards to kick a field goal.
       • Mark 4: The Competitors will have 2 attempts at 40 yards to kick a field goal.

       If each Round 1 Competitor completes a field goal at Mark 1 within the allotted number of attempts, each Round 1 Competitor will move onto the next Mark, and so on through Mark 2, Mark 3 and Mark 4. The Round 1 Competitor who completes a field goal at a Mark in which the other Round 1 Competitor (within their Region) does not complete a field goal within the allotted number of attempts at the same Mark, will be deemed the Round 1 winner (the “Round 1 Winner”) for their Region and will move onto Round 2 (see below). In the event (a) neither Round 1 Competitors make a field goal at a Mark within the allotted number of attempts or (b) there is a tie after the attempts at Mark 4 are completed, the Round 1 Competitors will kick a football at the 40-yard line and the Round 1 Competitor who kicked the football the furthest will be deemed the Round 1 Winner. In the event one (1) of the Competition Prize Winners does not appear or compete in the Kick-To- Win Competition, the Competition Prize Winner who has appeared to participate will be deemed the Round 1 Winner and will automatically move onto Round 2 from their Region.

    2. ROUND 2: The Round 1 Winner from each Region will compete against each other at the CFL Western Semi-Finals Game on October 31, 2026 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan as Round 2 Competitors. The two (2) Round 2 Competitors will have the opportunity to kick a field goal at the same Marks defined in Round 1. If each Round 2 Competitor completes a field goal at Mark 1 within the allotted number of attempts, each Round 2 Competitor will move onto the next Mark, and so on through Mark 2, Mark 3 and Mark 4. The Round 2 Competitor who completes a field goal at a Mark in which the other Round 2 Competitor does not complete a field goal within the allotted number of attempts at the same Mark, will be deemed the Round 2 winner (the “Round 2 Winner”) and will move onto Round 3 (see below). In the event (a) neither Round 2 Competitors make a field goal at a Mark within the allotted number of attempts or (b) there is a tie after the attempts at Mark 4 are completed; the Round 2 Competitors will kick a football at the 40-yard line and the Round 2 Competitor who kicked the football the furthest will be deemed the Round 2 Winner. In the event one (1) of the Round 2 Competitors does not appear or compete in Round 2 of the Kick-To- Win Competition, the Round 2 Competitor who has appeared to participate will be deemed the Round 2 Winner and automatically move onto Round 3.
    3. ROUND 3: The Round 2 Winner will be deemed the Round 3 Competitor and have one (1) attempt to kick a 50-yard field goal during half time at the CFL Western Final Game on November 7, 2026 in either Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatchewan for a chance to win the Round 3 Prize (see rule 6.iv). The Round 3 Prize will not be awarded if the Round 3 Competitor does not make the field goal. In the event the Round 3 Competitor is unable to participate in Round 3, they will automatically be disqualified and they will have no claim to the Round 2 or Round 3 Prize (see rules 6.iii and iv). The Round 3 Alternate (as described in 6.iii) will then be deemed the Round 3 Competitor and will have the opportunity to participate in Round 3 for a chance to win the Round 3 Prize.

    Once selected as a Competitor and for the duration of their participation in the Competition, Competitors are not allowed to seek professional coaching assistance as practice. If it is discovered that the Competitor has used professional coaching assistance, they will be disqualified from the Competition, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

18. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Contest, Entrants (i) acknowledge they have read and understand the Official Rules and are compliant with them including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor or the independent contest organization acting on behalf of the Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
19. AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER: If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The use of an invalid email address will disqualify the Entry. A selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected Entry.
20. GENERAL: The Releasees do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information and Entries that fail to comply with the Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by the awarded Prize or the Contest itself; or (iii) any failure of the Contest Website during the Contest Period, including any problems, human or technical, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Contest, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void.
21. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest could be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws.
22. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, amend or suspend this Contest or to amend the Official Rules (including, without limitation, modification to any of the dates and/or timeframe stipulations in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Entrant of any Contest-related information), at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries at their sole and absolute discretion.
23. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from Entrants will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest. For more information regarding the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information by the Sponsor, please visit https://www.olddutchfoods.ca/privacy-policy.
24. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS NOT INVOLVED: The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or X (formerly Twitter) (each, a “Social Platform”). Each Social Platform, as applicable, is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to a Social Platform.
